ROLLED DUMPLINGS 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Combine flour, baking powder and salt, cut in shortening. Add milk to make a stiff dough. Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut into strips. Sprinkle lightly with flour, drop into boiling broth. Cover and boil 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
