SWEDISH MEATBALLS FOR 30 
4 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/4 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and form into walnut size balls. Bake at 425 degrees until brown (8-10 minutes).

Swedish Meatball Sauce: Melt 1/2 pound butter in heavy pan until bubbly. Add 1 cup flour to which 1 tablespoon paprika, 2 tablespoons onion salt, 1 teaspoon pepper has been added. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes. Add 8 cups boiling water. Stir until thick (5 minutes). Add 1 1/2 cups half & half. Heat until hot; do not boil. Scrapings from meatballs pan may be added.
