SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck beef
2 eggs
1 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix meat, eggs, onion, salt and pepper; shape into small balls. Drop raw balls into sauce made from remaining ingredients. Gently simmer about 20 minutes until done. These may be frozen and reheated for later use. Serve in a chafing dish for party appetizers.
