SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained, very dry
1 sm. bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together and shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 100 small balls.
