SPINACH BALLS | |
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked & drained well (squeeze water out) 4 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 lg. onion, finely diced 3/4 c. butter Mix above ingredients together and chill well. Form into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and then broil for 5 minutes to brown. (Tastes like meatballs.) |
