ROLLED DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 - 1/2 c. milk, or enough to make stiff dough

Combine all ingredients and roll out on floured board to about 1/8 inch. Use pizza cutter to make 1 1/2 inch pieces. Drop into boiling pot of chicken pieces and broth. Cover and simmer on low for about 15 minutes.
