ROCKIN ROAST IN CROCK-POT | |
This roast will not need a knife at all. It will just fall of the fork and your family will love it! bottom roast (I get 5 or more pounds for my family of 5) 3 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 5 cloves garlic 2 cups water 1 bag frozen vegetables (corn, mixed, etc.) Start your Crock-Pot on high with 2 cups water. In skillet add olive oil, onion and garlic. Wait until pan is really hot before adding roast. Make sure to sear all sides of roast real good. Transfer to Crock-pot and cook 6 hours on high. The last hour turn to low and add your favorite vegetables. Serves 5. Submitted by: Cindy M. |
