POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. Oneida hash browns, thawed 8 oz. sour cream 8 oz. French onion dip 1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. shredded cheddar Salt and pepper to taste 16 oz. shredded cheddar 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. crushed corn flakes 6 tbsp. melted butter Mix all EXCEPT corn flakes and 6 tablespoons butter. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with mixture of corn flake crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let set for 15 minutes before serving. |
