BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. rice
1 stick butter
1/4 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom
1/4 lb. Velveeta

CHEESE DIP:

1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 can Rotel

Cook broccoli according to package; rain. Cook rice, cook stick of butter and onion; mix in 1 can of soup, mix all above and add 1/4 pound of Velveeta. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.

CHEESE DIP: Heat and eat.
