Shrimp Pineapple

 Jenn (California) says:
I was hungry and when I went to the fridge I found shrimp and pineapple and with the help of the web I found this recipe. I was excited when I came upon this recipe as I love me some catsup and so I got to cooking. (A personal recommendation, prior to cooking always take precautions whenever using a knife and have band-aids on hand as accidents do happen). As I was cooking this questionable dish I was also thinking of back up restaurants that I would be dining at if this turned out as bad as it looked in the pan. Make rice because this my friends is a Chinese dish. In conclusion, I cancelled my back up restaurant reservations as this questionable dish turned out to be quite edible.
