SHRIMP PINEAPPLE | |
30 pieces sm. size shrimp, cleaned 14 oz. can pineapple chunks 1 round onion, chopped 4 tbsp. butter 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine 3 tbsp. sake or sherry wine 1 tbsp. Chinese parsley SAUCE: 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. cornstarch Clean shrimp and split open as butterfly. Fry onion in butter until light brown. Add shrimp, garlic, sake - cook for 5 minutes and add pineapple. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, add cornstarch sauce, sprinkle parsley. |
