STOVE TOP BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
2 sticks butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. raw rice
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced

Cook rice. Set aside. Put butter in large skillet and melt. Add chopped onion and broccoli. Saute until tender. Add cheese, cream of chicken soup undiluted. Mix with cooked rice and serve hot. DO NOT BAKE. (For one course meal add can of boned chicken when adding cream of chicken soup).
