STOVE TOP BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli
1 lg. box Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

Cook broccoli and mix stuffing as directed on box. In 9"x13" pan pour broccoli across bottom. Then cover broccoli with Stove Top dressing. Mix cream soup. Pour soup over stuffing. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until hot, then serve.

You kind of have to play around with what is meant by a "large" bag of broccoli or a "large" box of stuffing. But, I used one regular to small size steamer bag of broccoli and then I took a small amount of cauliflower and cooked it -- then mixed the two until I had enough vegies to cover the bottom of the dish. I suspect that one could use a variety of broccoli, cauliflower and even carrots or other vegetables you had. I have also made a summer skillet vegie dish (tomato, squash, onion pepper, mushroom) all sautéed together and baked it with the stuffing on top -- just until hot (no soup needed). This recipe as given with just the broccoli is a very good basic recipe that lends itself to experimentation.
