CRUNCHY TOP HAM AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. onion
1-1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients from top list and mix well. Place in a 9x13 pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
