BROCCOLI-STUFFING CHEESE-TOPPED
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. frozen broccoli (2 bags)
2 pkgs. Stove Top Stuffing Mix or equal amount homemade dressing
1 1/2 c. white sauce with 3-4 slices of cheese melted into it

Cook broccoli pieces ahead. Make dressing. Put dressing in center of 9x13 pan, leaving a 2-inch space all around the edges. Arrange broccoli pieces around the edges.

Make white sauce and drizzle it over the broccoli. Cover with foil and put into 350 degree oven to heat, approximately 30 minutes.

NOTE: If you have the time to bake this for 2 hours, you can put frozen broccoli around the edges instead of precooking it.
