TUNA TANGO SPREAD 
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. diced fresh vegetables (a mixture of any of the following - red, green, yellow bell peppers, cucumber, seeded tomato, scallions, celery, broccoli)
