HAM AND CHEESE LOGS 
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Have 2 cheeses at room temperature. Beat in small mixer bowl until blended. Beat in ham, stir in olives, chill. Shape into 2 logs 8 inches long. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
