EASY CHEESE BALLS OR LOGS 
1 pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped pecans or walnuts or
Chopped parsley or poppy seed

Use food processor and process cheeses together adding more cheddar or any type of hard cheese to taste. Remove from food processor to a cutting board or onto waxed paper.

Form 2 or 3 ball or log shapes with your hands. Roll into nuts or parsley or poppy seeds. Wrap securely with Saran wrap and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. May be frozen. Serve on plate or cutting board with your favorite cracker.

You can vary flavor by adding Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, dill, curry, or other spices. Using chutney adds a bit of sweetness.
