BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked Minute Rice

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Cook rice and set aside. Saute onion in butter in skillet. Add soup, milk and cheese. Mix well until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.

Combine broccoli, rice and sauce in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
