BREADED SHRIMP 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired

Mix egg and water. Beat in Bisquick and salt. Peel shell from shrimp, leaving last section, cut a slit through center. Dry shrimp, dip in batter. Fry in deep fat (375 degrees) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

My husband loves this recipe. I cooked it two weeks ago and now he has made me promise that I will cook it at least every two weeks. I liked how there weren't alot leftovers from the batter mix.
