BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE WITH
CHICKEN
 
1 fryer, cooked (skinned and cut in sm. pieces), deboned
1 c. rice (cook as directed)
2 boxes chopped broccoli, thawed, or fresh broccoli, cut up and steamed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. or 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped onion

Saute onion in butter. Add soups and milk. Stir until smooth. Add cheese, chicken and broccoli. Pour over cooked rice in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered with foil. Uncover and sprinkle a little cheese on top and bake 10 minutes more.
