BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® lg. grain cooked in 1 1/2 c. water)

Cook broccoli. Saute onion in butter. Add soup and 3/4 can water. Add broccoli, cheese and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly. Put in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Great for buffets. Goes well with chicken. Serves 12.
