PORK CHOPS FIRST CLASS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 can onion soup
1 can water

Make a mixture of flour and salt; roll pork chops in the mixture and brown in oil. After browning, place pork chops in a covered baking dish; to the pan drippings add several tablespoons of the flour mixture. Brown the flour mixture and add 1 can of onion soup and 1 can of water; bring to a boil. Pour over the pork chops and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. When done you have a delicious gravy for potatoes or rice.
