GI'S POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Durkee's canned onions
1/2 c. onions, chopped
Salt & pepper

In skillet put all ingredients, except canned onions, on warm, blend until saucy. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with canned onions the last 15 minutes.
