CHEESY MOSTACCIOLI | |
16 oz. pkg. mostaccioli 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook mostaccioli according to directions; drain. Cook ground beef until almost done. Add onions and green pepper; finish cooking until no pink remains. Stir in seasonings, spaghetti sauce and soup. Mix well. Combine mostaccioli, meat sauce and 1 1/2 cups of the Mozzarella cheese. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and cover. Bake 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until cheese melts. |
