CLASSIC BAKED MOSTACCIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1 lb. Mueller's mostaccioli, cooked 6 minutes and drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium high heat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir about 1 cup of the sauce into mostaccioli. Spoon 1/2 of the mostaccioli mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Top with 2 cups of the sauce, remaining mostaccioli and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until heated.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
