FRIED LIVER (BEEF) 
1 lb. bacon, cut up in little pieces
1 lg. onion, cut up in little pieces
Brown sugar to taste
Liver (beef), rinsed in cold water and floured
Salt & pepper

In a large frying pan, fry bacon and onions. Take out of pan and put floured liver in pan and fry on one side. Turn over when fried and salt and pepper liver. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add bacon and onions and simmer until done.
