SALMON OR LAKE TROUT FILET 
1 1/2 lb. fresh fish
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh basil
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper

Marinate fish in all of the above for at least 1 hour. Grill or bake 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness. Brush with more marinade. If salmon is 1 inch or more in thickness, turn half way through grilling or baking.

Love this marinade for salmon. Last time I used it was 5 years ago and was afraid I couldn't find it again and didnt know if I had all the ingredients correct. Best salmon recipe here IMO

Usually if you're not grilling it, your going to 'broil it' in your oven. My oven has a HIGH and LOW setting. Fish takes around 15 minutes or so under the broiler but you need to pay close attention when using broil otherwise you'll end up with burnt fish. Good Luck!
