SAUTE FILET TIPS 
24 oz. beef tenderloin tips, 1 oz. each
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, diced
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. red wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, as needed
Flour and water paste for thickening
Oil for sauteing

Heat a large saute pan with oil and cook the onions until they are glassy. Add the peppers and beef and cook beef until just before desired doneness is achieved. Add 1/2 cup of water and the bouillon cubes.

Bring to a simmer and add the Worcestershire sauce, red wine, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and thicken with the flour and water mixture. Sauce should be shiny. Serve over noodles. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 30 minutes)
