STUFFED FILET OF SOLE 
4 to 6 thin slices of sole
Italian bread crumbs
Mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
Crabmeat

Mix 1 cup breadcrumbs, 3 or 4 drops Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (more if necessary for sticking) and 1 can crabmeat, drained. Place a tablespoon of stuffing in the center of each piece of fish. Roll fish around stuffing and secure with toothpick. Bake in greased baking dish at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
