BROILED FISH | |
1 lb. frozen or fresh fillet of sole, perch, flounder or snapper 1 tbsp. mayonnaise or diet mayonnaise Lemon pepper or pepper Paprika, optional Grated Parmesan cheese, optional Line flat baking dish or pan with 24 inch piece of aluminum foil. Arrange fillets on foil. Thinly coat fillets with mayonnaise; then sprinkle alternately with pepper, salt, paprika and cheese. Fold ends of foil to middle and seal; then fold and seal remaining sides. Broil about 15 minutes or until fillets are puffy and flakes with fork. Turn back foil and broil few minutes until lightly browned. Serves 2. |
