SPICY BROILED FISH 
2 lbs. fish fillets (bass, spot, grey trout, etc.)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/2 c. dry white wine

Place fish in well greased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Broil 10 minutes or until flaky.
