TANGY GLAZED BROILED FISH 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets

In small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cook until butter melts and ingredients are well blended, stirring frequently. Marinate fish in glaze for at least 30 minutes before broiling. Arrange fish on lightly greased broiler pan; brush with glaze. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. This can be done on a barbeque, using a flat basket so fish can be easily turned. Watch carefully... don't overcook!
