CHICKEN PUFFS 
PUFFS:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

FILLING:

Cooked chicken, diced
Celery, diced
Onion, diced
Salt & pepper
Mayonnaise

Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add flour and salt all at one time. Stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg until smooth. Drop into greased baking sheet, using 1 level teaspoonsful of dough for each puff. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Split and fill.
