ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. sugar
1 cake (or 1 pkg. dry) yeast dissolved in 2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening, add buttermilk. Add yeast to mixture. Add enough flour to handle. Store in refrigerator in covered bowl. Roll out 45 minutes before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
