THELMA SUE'S ANGEL BISCUITS 
11 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 qt. buttermilk
2 1/2 tbsp. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
3 c. shortening

Blend all dry ingredients. Mix in shortening with dry ingredients. Mix yeast and warm water. Blend yeast and water mixture with other ingredients. Knead mixture using flour.

Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven until brown. Makes approximately 30 biscuits. Excess dough may be frozen for later.
