4 (1 oz.) squares semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

In medium saucepan, over low heat melt chocolate and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
