4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Can evaporated milk

Stir sugar and cocoa over low heat for 2 minutes. Add melted butter and blend. Add milk, stirring constantly. Boil rapidly for 1 minute.
