WATER CHESTNUT MEATBALLS 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine all ingredients; shape into 1" balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Keep warm on warming tray.

To freeze, place uncooked meatballs about 1/2" apart on a baking sheet (make sure meatballs do not touch each other); cover with foil and freeze. After meatballs are thoroughly frozen, remove from baking sheet and store in plastic bags in freezer. Thaw before baking. Yield: about 35 meatballs.
