BACON-WATER CHESTNUTS 
1 can water chestnuts
Soy sauce
Bacon

Marinate chestnuts (liquid also) in soy sauce at least 2 hours. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around each chestnut. Secure with toothpick and place on cookie sheet (best on wire rack) under broiler until bacon is cooked. Turn once. Serve hot. One can of chestnuts serves 4 to 6.
