CHESTNUT MEATBALLS 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can sweet and sour sauce

Combine all ingredients except sweet and sour sauce; mix well and shape into 1- inch balls. Place in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Add sauce; mix lightly to coat meatballs. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Yield: about 4 dozen.
