SRIRACHA, PEANUT BUTTER & HONEY FUDGE | |
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter 1/3 cup Sriracha sauce 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup white sugar In a small sauce pan, bring the Sriracha Sauce, honey and sugar to a temperature of 240° - 245° over medium heat. Remove from heat and thoroughly stir in the Peanut Butter. Pour into an aluminum foil lined shallow dish and let cool. Cut up and serve. Submitted by: the pastrami maker |
