SRIRACHA, PEANUT BUTTER & HONEY
FUDGE
 
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup white sugar

In a small sauce pan, bring the Sriracha Sauce, honey and sugar to a temperature of 240° - 245° over medium heat. Remove from heat and thoroughly stir in the Peanut Butter. Pour into an aluminum foil lined shallow dish and let cool. Cut up and serve.

This stuff rocks! It's easy to make,and very unexpected fun to eat. It's great to make for parties like the Super Bowl or New Year's Eve. A very different twist on fudge! I general I'm a chicken when it comes to hot stuff but it comes out with a perfect balance between the sriracha and the peanut butter that I even like it. A BIG surprise!
