MINIATURE PIZZAS 
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 English muffins, split & crisply toasted
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1 oz.)
4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Mix catsup, oregano, vinegar, onion powder, sugar and pepper. Spread 1/4 on each muffin half. Top each with 1/4 of the pepperoni. Place 1 tablespoon mozzarella on each muffin half; sprinkle with Parmesan. Place on single layer of paper toweling on carousel or on double layer of paper toweling on dinner plate.

2. Microwave at (100%) until cheese is melted and filling is heated through, 45 seconds to 1 minute and 45 seconds. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, rotate dinner plate and rearrange muffins after half the cooking time. Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges. Makes 16 appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
