EASY CARROT LOAF | |
2 c. milk 4 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 4 eggs 3 c. sliced, cooked carrots Using blender, mix first five ingredients. Add last two ingredients. Blend 2 seconds. Pour into greased quart size baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
