GOLDEN CARROT LOAF 
1 tbsp. onion
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. grated raw carrots

Brown the onion in the butter and add crumbs. Mix well with other ingredients. Put into buttered dish and bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) until brown. Serve as a vegetable.
