1 c. flour 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts 1 cube butter MIXTURE: 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 sm. pkg. instant pudding, your choice 3 c. milk CRUST: Melt cube butter and pour over flour. Add nuts and mix. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex dish with fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled flour crust. Mix instant pudding and milk until thickened (not real thick). Put over cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture. Then, cover top with Cool Whip and chill. |
