COCONUT LUSH 
2 c. flour
2 cubes butter (butter)

Melt butter (butter). Pour into flour and mix like pie dough. Pat in bottom of cake pan evenly and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned at 325 degrees. Let cool.

FILLING:

2 lg. boxes vanilla pudding (instant)
4 c. cold milk
1 bag coconut

Combine these ingredients for first layer. Pour on cooled crust. 1 med. container Cool Whip 1 sm. cream cheese

Mix this with mixer. Pour on top of filling. Top with toasted coconut.
