LUSH DESSERT

2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Let cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together. Spread on cool crust.

PUDDING:

1 lg. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over filling. Top with 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
