HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 lb. green bell peppers
1/2 lb. green hot peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 (6 oz.) bottles Certo

Wear rubber gloves! Remove stems and seed from peppers. Grind together in a food chopper. Place in deep kettle with sugar and vinegar and boil 5 minutes (strain if desired). Add Certo and boil one minute longer. Green food coloring may be added if desired (1/4 teaspoon). Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
