HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. fresh HOT pepper, ground fine
3/4 c. SWEET green pepper, ground coarse
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo

Put first 4 ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a full boil. Add Certo and boil for about 3 minutes. Strain, if desired, and bottle in sterilized jars. Especially good on hot biscuits, or use as chutney.
