CABBAGE CRUNCH SALAD 
1 head cabbage
4 green onions
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 c. shredded almonds
2 pkg. chicken flavor ramen noodles

SALAD DRESSING:

6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 pkg. chicken flavoring from noodles
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. pepper

Shred cabbage. Slice whole onions thin. Toast sesame seeds and almonds at 350 degrees, stirring often. Crunch noodles (rolling pin works). Mix salad dressing in bottle and shake until sugar is mixed. Just before serving, toss cabbage, onions, seeds, noodles and nuts. Pour dressing over salad when ready to serve. Can add cut up chicken for luncheon.
